Service Description

To bring the Caput Mundi Mall’s sustainability vision to life, Helexia collaborated closely with the renowned Florence-based design studio, STIMP. Together, we are responsible for the comprehensive design, installation, operation, and maintenance of the thermal and electrical systems within the mall. This partnership epitomizes a commitment to sustainable development, as Helexia and STIMP worked in tandem to ensure the mall’s systems were not only efficient but also aligned with eco-friendly practices.
